Excelas organizes, scans and indexes documents by record type—e.g., discharge summaries, operative records, progress notes, nursing assessments—so you can sort through the information using simple dropdown lists to focus on the most important records. Zaxas allows you to conduct a variety of searches: by facility, record type, provider, or a combination of these factors. Documents and images can be accessed through embedded links at the click of a mouse. |
