- Serve as liaison between Excelas and our clients attending to special requests to ensure client needs are met.
- Clearly define specific work products.
- Communicate with clients on an ongoing basis to keep them informed about the status of each case.
- Discuss and determine client needs and the best method of work delivery.
- Provide client training and support for Zaxas™ Excelas’ proprietary technical application.
- Assist in case tracking to ensure milestone deadlines are met.
- Guide our in-house scheduling to adhere to aggressive schedules.
