When you begin working with us, you’ll be assigned a dedicated Client Liaison, who will handle the day to day activities that keep your project moving through The Excelas Process. Client Liaisons receive cases, initiate and guide them through each step of the process, and gather, prepare and distribute final work products. It is the primary responsibility of the Client Liaison to ensure that your timeline and objectives are met or exceeded.
