| Jean C. Bourgeois, MBA, RHIA, is President & Founder of Excelas, LLC. Her career spans 28 years of leadership experience in healthcare and medical litigation support. She is the former director of medical records and health information at several hospitals, including The Cleveland Clinic. Jean served as Vice President of Operations at a national transcription company. As a registered Health Information Administrator, Jean provides consulting assistance to hospitals, long term care organizations and medical corporations across the country on health information projects by providing medical and legal strategies and solutions.
